Tuesday Nights In the Park: Rymanowski Bros.
Tucked away in the Town of Colonie, Cook Park comes alive with live music to share with family and friends. This Tuesday night, Rymanowski Bros take the stage with their family oriented sounds of polka. They attempt to preserve their heritage and customs of their ancestors and look to recruit a younger generation not only to introduce them to the fun of Polka music but to instill many of the Polish traditions and values that are celebrated at the Holidays, such as Christmas and Easter. The Rymanowski Bros. are still the Capital District’s most popular band and have been a cornerstone in Polka music for more than half the century. As much as you would like to sit back and enjoy listening to music, don’t be surprised if you find yourself getting up and dancing the night away.
So come on out and enjoy one of the area’s free concert series at the Frank A Leak Amphitheatre for the Arts in Cook Park located in Colonie.
